Royalty Rules
Rules-Based Engine
Bizowie's Royalty Rules feature allows you to seamlessly set up groups of rules for specific licensors, product groups, or channels.
Rules can easily be assigned for multiple parties – for example, an author, illustrator, and editor who participated in the creation of the same book.
Rules can be calculated any way you'd like, including by % of list, % of gross, % of net, or flat per-unit amounts. Graduated royalties, volume-based royalties, bonus royalties, and other incentive rules are easily managed and calculated.
Author sales, licensor sales, press comps, samples, and other excluded sales can easily be excluded from royalty calculations and reported on separately.
