Bizowie’s project management team worked closely with LensesOnline staff to learn about their business and requirements, then worked to implement a custom solution that automated LensesOnline’s processes – from order processing to warehouse management, automated reorders, and fulfillment… all without any customer-specific code to inhibit future upgrades. As part of the implementation, Bizowie performed a full EDI integration with one of New Zealand’s leading courier services, allowing automated shipment booking, label printing, and real-time track and trace within the system.

Go-live for the new system, coordinated outside New Zealand business hours, required no customer-facing downtime. Bizowie’s eCommerce integration was put into place immediately before data migration, allowing orders to flow seamlessly into Bizowie after the old system was shut off. In the days following the go-live, Bizowie project management staff worked during the New Zealand workday, ensuring quick response to inquires and rapid correction of any issues that came up.
