Bizowie Cloud Order Management
Bizowie’s Order Management module was developed with two primary objectives: automation of tedious processes, and tailoring to match each customer’s unique sales order process.
Each order’s workflow is handled end-to-end by the software. Transfers and purchase orders can automatically be created to meet sales demand, and order statuses change automatically as backorders are filled or new inventory is manufactured.
Direct integration with Bizowie’s Cloud Shipping & Fulfillment module eliminates double-entry of data and ensures that shipping activity updates orders in real-time. Each order can accomodate multiple shipments and/or invoices without duplication.

Our flexible software supports multiple fulfillments (shipments) per sales order, automated releases of backorders based on company- and customer-level rules, and automation of drop ship and special order items.
Throughout the process, the software keeps you up-to-date through dashboards and notifications, alerts your team to anomalies and late orders, and can even send shipment notifications directly to the customer through EDI, email, or integration with your e-commerce solution.
